Roll the Ring up and down the length of each finger whenever for instant relief or distraction.

I didn’t understand what the ring would do until I bought it. You aren’t meant to wear it, you roll it up and down your fingers and thumb.
It’s bliss! Who knew that such a small item could bring such relaxation? I roll it on every finger up and down about 20 times, and it feels soooo good!

The ring isn’t as spiky as the rest of the Shakti products. It does feel great though, and helps with blood flow, which I need in my cold fingers.
