When you place it under your head, neck and shoulders, it disperses pressure avoiding any pinch points. Your shoulders and neck experience a deep release that transitions up toward the top of your skull.
Its shape is also perfect for releasing tension in hard-to-reach curves, and you can rest your face against the spikes for a subtle sensation.

Will it hurt? Yes. But only for a little in the beginning.
Each spike responds to tension in your body, so more tension = more sensation. The initial “Ouch!” you feel activates your body’s pain response and tells it to send happiness hormones and pain-relief chemicals to the area you’re targeting. If those spikes aren’t sharp enough – or you’re beyond relaxed already – you won’t feel much.
After a few minutes, the tingling sensation fades into a deep, relaxing warmth. The redness is purely a circulation boost. You might even fall asleep.

Goodness where do I start. I have been a fan of your product for a long time now. I suffer severely with nerve damage in my spine and most days this is the o only relieve I get. Perfect for daily neck and upper-back reset
I’ve been using the Premium Acupressure Pillow every day and the difference is real.
It relaxes my neck and upper back within minutes, especially after training or long hours of work. The pressure is strong but in a good way — exactly what I expected from an acupressure tool.
What I really like is how quickly it helps me switch off tension: 10–20 minutes and my whole upper back feels lighter. The quality is great, the spikes are firm, and the pillow keeps its shape.

Good for the neck
In the beginning I found it difficult to use the pillow the correct way. Now I found a good position and it helps with my sore neck.
