Acupressure mats are the modern interpretation of the Indian bed of nails. They're made up of thousands of sharp spikes that press against your skin to release inner tension and activate your body's healing systems. The key difference between Pillows are shape and end-use:• Classic acupressure pillows are made with a single piece of standard foam. This makes them suited for relieving neck tension only.
