Great for on the go
I bought these to help with relaxation while commuting. I fell in love with them straight off. I find the process of focusing on one finger at a time and rolling the ring up and down really mindful and helps take my focus away from a busy tube train. The little travel pouch makes them really easy to keep in my bag.
