Will it hurt? Yes. But only for a little in the beginning.
Each spike responds to tension in your body, so more tension = more sensation. Incredible For Shoulder Tightness!
I have so much tension in my shoulders that I can never seem to fully release with an acupressure mat alone. This pillow is incredible! It covers your whole neck and shoulders and molds to your body. It's even great for lower back pain or your stomach! A must-buy!
