    Brilliant!

I wasn't sure about this but thought I'd give it a try. Wow! What a difference! Give it a go - you won't be disappointed!

    Ouch! Start lower

I thought because of other things I had used I could start with the level 3 (it was on sale). Not a good idea. I should have started with level 1. I think I need to return.

Hi Laura! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Level 3 can feel pretty intense if you’re new to our spikes. Starting from Level 1 is usually the best way to ease in and build tolerance. If you’d like help with a return or exchange, you can reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re happy to help.

Really relaxing after the first 5 minutes

I’ve been using the Shakti Mat for a week now and it’s honestly been a game changer for my body and mind. At first, it looks intimidating, but once you relax into it, the sensation quickly turns from sharp to deeply soothing.

I mainly use it for back and shoulder tension, and it really helps release tight muscles after a long day. It promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and I always feel calmer afterwards. Some sessions even leave me feeling energised, while others help me sleep better.

The quality of the mat is excellent, it feels durable, well made, and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciate that it’s inspired by traditional acupressure and doesn’t rely on anything electrical or complicated.

    Love it!

I was initially drawn to this because I have a difficult time destressing, sometimes have numbness in my back, and bad posture and all that and thought it would be worth a shot. I was nervous to try it the first time but it wasn't as sharp and I was anticipating and definitely was relaxing!! It took five minutes or so for the body to adjust but I could literally feel the tension release from the sides of my neck once I got adjusted. I spent about 20 minutes on it as recommended but could have stayed on longer for sure!!
