it makes the experience complete, your head and neck is involved in the total energy flow and relaxation. I can feel my face muscles and jaw relax because they can also hold a lot of tension! The fact that you can mold it makes this may favorite shape of pillow. Oh, yes and all morning neck stiffness has disappeared!

The perfect accessory
If you’re getting the mat, get the pillow. My head needs just as much of a beating as my body. Trust me, you may as well. It feels quite divine on the back the scalp as you settle in.
