Okay, first of all the eye pressure mat is amazing cold! Second, I have horrible itchy psoriasis on the back of my head and the headband well this may sound gross but just pressing relieves the itching so well and I don't damage my skin scratching at it lightly.
Third of all and the most probably odd usage, but here we go, we have an older Border Collie Australian shepherd mix, who has horrible anxiety and (not to invite animal rights activists, she did not pass a series of tests her vets put her through and wasn't estimated to make it through spaying surgery) Anyway she has horrible anxiety and when she goes into heat it's exacerbated, she goes through periods of insomnia and anorexia as well, she's so clingy,
But her coat is Very very thick and it's warm here she gets hot easily, so putting the mat in the freezer for a bit and draping it over her, well it took less than 10 minutes to turn a frustrated, aching, whining panting dog to absolute dead asleep dead weight. And I have our other dog with us as well, she's a snuggler, the Collie is not, that's how much she's seeking DPT, and comfort, and the mat helps her get that without being more anxious and claustrophobic as well as help lower and regulate her temperature.

On their own, these are OK relaxation tools. The weighted wrap is great to take the pressure off your shoulders, as counterintuitive as it might sound. The eye pillow is alright if you don't fuss a lot when you lie down, as I usually do. The headband doesn't seem that useful to me, as I don't feel much relief even when I wrap it tightly around my forehead.
They really shine as complements to the Shakti mat and pillow, though. The weighted wrap adds pressure to your body while lying on the mat, making it a more rewarding experience. The eye pillow helps you concentrate or fall asleep. The headband still doesn't do much, but the extra pressure is a welcome addition nonetheless.

I started with the Mat and the Pillow more or less 12 months ago: I was stressed and my whole body was super contracted and painful, and then ... surprisingly ease and beautiful to practice and effective since day #1. And it's getting more and more surprising.
So, I couldn't help but try the Complete Relaxation Bundle which is astonishing, and ...
