The reward after the first 10 minutes of pain is real, the body magically accomodates to the spikes and releases heat and relaxation.
My only struggle is to convince my family and my friends that I'm not crazy.

I bought the ring for my husband, my daughter and myself to help with circulation and a few aches and pains that hubby and I are starting to experience due to small signs of possible age related arthritis. I also do a lot of hand sewing and knitting and thought that the ring would help stave off any bad arthritis down the track. The ring sits next to me at night near my sewing and knitting and I absolutely love it. It helps my fingers relax and the sensation is so soothing. My husband loves it just as much and my son-in-law has started using my daughters. I didn't buy him one because I didn't think he would use it but he loves it as well. It is well worth the purchase.

I now have the mat, headband and the ring. I am happy with all 3 items. The mat was hardest to find the sweet spot. The ring is the easier to use if you want to try the shakti solution. I use it on my mouse finger and it has helped with the stiffness I was noticing on it due to overuse. If you can persevere, the mat gives the best relaxation!
